Sometimes a piece speaks to you before you know why.

A shape, a symbol, a dark stone held in metal. You keep coming back to it. There is something familiar there, even if you do not yet have words for it.

That is where the story of a talisman can begin. Not with a grand revelation, but with a quiet feeling: this means something to me.

Made with care

At my Santa Fe workbench, I shape each piece slowly, one at a time. I work with brass, bronze, copper, and silver, bringing old symbols and organic forms into something you can hold and wear.

As I work, I keep the meaning of the piece close. A protective mark. A symbol of courage. A reminder of belonging to yourself.

My part is to give that meaning a form, with care and attention in every stage of the making. Yours begins when it reaches your hands.

A meaning of your own

You may choose a talisman to mark something you have lived through. A goodbye. A beginning. A promise you are finally ready to keep for yourself.

Or you may choose it simply because you love it. Because its weight feels right, because the texture catches your fingers, because you feel a little more yourself when you put it on.

There is room for all of that.

You do not need to know the history of every symbol or have the perfect intention. The relationship is yours to find.
